A Message from Fr. Greg Ihm

Thank you for everything you do to support the life and mission of our Pastorate. As we continue growing together as one Catholic community, your feedback is essential. We are now several years into the merger of our parishes, and this survey is an important opportunity for you to share what is going well, what could be improved, and any concerns you may have.

How to Take the Survey

You can complete the survey in two ways:

• Online: Click the button below.

• Paper Survey: Hard-copy versions are available at each parish church.

Please set aside about 30 minutes to complete the survey. It includes both multiple-choice questions and open-ended responses.

Why Your Feedback Matters

After the survey closes, a review team made up of parishioners from all seven parishes will prayerfully read, evaluate, and prioritize the feedback. Your honest, specific input will help guide future planning and decision-making for our Pastorate.

Be as Specific as Possible

General comments are difficult to act on. Please provide clear, concrete feedback.

Not helpful: “I don’t like the service.”
Helpful: “I waited 10 minutes for help, the food was cold, and the server was rude.”

The same is true for parish feedback—specific examples help us understand your experience and respond effectively.
